Co-leading Tech Operations at ACM Coders' Cup 25

For this year’s ACM Coders’ Cup, I had the opportunity to serve as Co-Head of the Tech Operations team along with Sarim Ahmed and Raahim Irfan. This was the first time Tech Operations was introduced as a separate team, so a lot of things were new for us. Much of the experience involved figuring things out in real time and adapting along the way.

We worked on multiple interactive projects for the event, including quiz games, a competitive programming scoreboard, and, of course, the bidding platform. The bidding platform, in particular, deserves a special mention for being the most unforgettable part of the event.

Despite the ups and downs, our efforts were recognized when we received the “Tech Core of Coders’ Cup” award, which made the long hours and problem-solving feel meaningful.
